How personalised is the itinerary?

Every itinerary is fully tailored to you. I plan everything based on your preferences, budget, travel style and what you actually want to do, not a generic template.

How is this different from your blog itineraries?

My blog itineraries are general guides created to help a wide audience. With this service, everything is tailored to you. I take your exact travel dates, budget, pace and interests, and create a step-by-step plan designed specifically for your trip, including personalised hotel options, experiences and a fully structured daily plan.

Do you book hotels, flights or tours?

No, I don’t make bookings on your behalf because I am not a travel agent. I provide carefully selected recommendations and direct booking links, so you can book everything easily yourself.

How long does it take to receive my itinerary?

You’ll receive your itinerary within 7–10 working days after submitting your completed questionnaire. If you request changes, the updated version will be delivered within 5 working days.

Can I request changes?

Yes, 1 revision is included in the price. This covers adjustments to your existing itinerary. A full change of destination or itinerary may require an additional fee.

Do you offer Zoom calls or video consultations?

No, this service does not include Zoom or video calls. Everything is handled through a detailed questionnaire and email communication, which keeps the process simple and efficient.

What does the itinerary include?

What if I don’t know where I want to go yet or how many days?

That’s completely fine. You can mention this in the questionnaire and I can suggest destinations based on your travel style, budget and time of year.

Can you plan trips outside Croatia?

No. I only create custom travel itineraries for Croatia. By focusing on one destination, I can provide more detailed recommendations, practical travel advice, and itinerary ideas based on real experience and research. Whether you’re planning a road trip along the coast, an island-hopping adventure, or exploring inland Croatia, I’ll create a personalised itinerary designed around your interests, budget, and travel style.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments are made securely via Stripe using a payment link. You can pay by debit or credit card, and no account is required.

What happens after I book?

Upon receiving payment, I will start working on your personalised travel itinerary and guide which you will receive within 7-10 working days.

Is this refundable?

Due to the personalised nature of this service, payments are non-refundable once I started working on the itinerary. If I am unable to meet the agreed timelines due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness), you will be informed as soon as possible and provided with a revised delivery date. If this is not suitable, you will be offered a full refund.

Can you help with last-minute trips?

If you need an itinerary urgently, state this in your questionnaire. I may be able to offer a faster delivery option depending on availability.

Do you offer ongoing support during the trip?

Ongoing support during your trip is not included. Your itinerary is designed to be clear and easy to follow, so you have everything you need before you travel.
